We do not provide a legal guarantee of vacancy closure, since the outcome depends not only on us but also on the market, the attractiveness of the offer, the company’s reputation, and its internal readiness to accept candidates. Instead, we always provide an honest assessment of the chances and a transparent forecast based on your request. Throughout the process, we adapt our approach, engage additional resources, and stay in touch to find the optimal solution or adjust the strategy in time.
The timeframe depends on the complexity of the position, location, budget, and any prior market efforts made by the Client. On average, we provide the first candidates within 3–7 days from the start of the search. Filling a vacancy usually takes from 2 weeks to 2 months.
Yes, we offer several cooperation models with or without prepayment. The format depends on the position, scope of work, and agreements with the client.
The commission ranges from one monthly salary to 18% of the candidate’s annual compensation package. The final amount depends on the complexity of the search, urgency of filling the position, and the agreed cooperation terms. Alternative payment models are also possible — a fixed fee per vacancy or a subscription-based model, if it better fits your business processes.
You work with a dedicated account manager, who regularly provides updates, captures your feedback, and adjusts the search strategy. For convenience, we set up a working chat in Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, or any other tool that is comfortable for you.
We will provide a free replacement within the warranty period specified in the contract.
We recruit candidates in Ukraine, countries of Eastern and Western Europe (including Scandinavia), Israel, Asia, Canada, the USA, Latin America, as well as in Australia, New Zealand and countries of the Middle East.
